A total of 211 Barangay Officials and Staff of the Liga ng mga Barangay of Region IX, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, conducted a Benchmarking Study on QCADAAC’s anti-drug abuse programs and activities and visited the Quezon City Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (QCDTRC) “TAHANAN”.
