Nagsagawa ng graduation ceremony ang Quezon City Anti-Drug Abuse Advisory Council katuwang ang United States Agency for International Development (USAID) para sa mga bagong Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) Providers noong February 28, 2024, sa Carlos Albert Session Hall.

Kabuuang 162 Department of Health (DOH) accredited SBIRT Service Providers ang nagtapos mula sa Schools Division Office, Public Junior and Senior High Schools, mga doctor mula sa QC owned hospitals, Quezon City Police District (QCPD), health workers mula sa Quezon City Health Department, Social Workers, Psychometrician at Psychologist mula sa Social Services Development Department (SSDD), Quezon City Anti-Drug Abuse Advisory Council (QCADAAC) at Quezon City Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (QCDTRC) - TAHANAN.

Nagpaabot ng mensahe si Mayor Joy Belmonte, gayundin sina Vice Mayor Gian Sotto na siyang personal na bumati sa mga nakapagtapos. Nagbigay din ng mensahe sina Dr. Dante D. Nacpil, MD – OIC Medical Health Section-Schools Division Office, Dr. Dave Vergara – Chief Healthcare Operation Officer, Mr. Jeorge de Mesa – Youth Development Officer, Social Services Development Department, Ms. Fessa R. Egusquiza – CBDR Specialist-USAID RenewHealth at Mr. Alfredo Foronda – Executive Director, QCADAAC.

Nagkaroon rin ng maikling refresher ukol sa process flow ng referral para sa Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUDs) at Children Who Use Drugs (CWUDs) na siyang pinangunahan ni Ms. Julie Borja ng QCADAAC.
