Procedure

1. Determination of Priority Drug-Affected Barangays
2. Coordination with the Barangay regarding drug personalities on the watchlist.
3. Conduct of series of coordination meeting with QCPD, PDEA and the concerned Barangay
4. Submission of Application and Documentary Requirements
5. Review of Documentary Requirements
6. Validation of Application
7. Conduct of validation by the Regional Oversight Committee Deliberation for the issuance or non-issuance of a certification on Barangay Drug-Cleared.
8. Conduct of Revalidation by the Local Oversight Committee.
